That was the easy bit

http://s497.photobucket.com/albums/rr331/bossgbr/th_P1000259.jpg
checking the aero fit and it is spot on

http://s497.photobucket.com/albums/rr331/bossgbr/th_P1000260.jpg
cant believe how much more of the intercooler is open to the air flow had a quick look at maybe fitting some air dam's to force even more air into the right place

http://s497.photobucket.com/albums/rr331/bossgbr/th_P1000261.jpg

next was to fit air channels to cool brakes this is when suzi is NOT with me, fitted template and then the aggro started it took aprox 2hr to fit the near side one with washer pipes wire looms needing to be repositioned :frustrated: 5:30 had to stop got to cold me thinks i'am getting to old for all this :bye2:

Sun morn after nights kip it all looked so easy about an hour both sides done but i cant understand why mini give you a star clip that is meant to go over a round peg and they make the peg in a + formation it dont work thank god for mastic

http://s497.photobucket.com/albums/rr331/bossgbr/th_P1000264.jpg

fitted lower grill then fitted bumper no prob's with this part of the operation except that the air temp probe wire was not long enough to reach it new position on new grill so had to cable tie it to lower rad support sits quite nice in its new home

http://s497.photobucket.com/albums/rr331/bossgbr/th_P1000266.jpg
fitted top grill and trim to bonnet

http://s497.photobucket.com/albums/rr331/bossgbr/th_P1000267.jpg

well pleased

http://s497.photobucket.com/albums/rr331/bossgbr/th_P1000269.jpg

fitted new sill trims easy pesy but no new trims to go on top off sill trims in kit

http://s497.photobucket.com/albums/rr331/bossgbr/th_P1000270.jpg

just after this picky we had rain:rain: like ive never seen before and wind i thought the mini was going to end up coming of off the stands

http://s497.photobucket.com/albums/rr331/bossgbr/th_P1000271.jpg

the rain eased a bit so i fitted this!!! Dave you checked your mini lately HA HA :icecream: :icecream: anyways not going to bore you any more oh and i still have to fit rear bumper maybe tomorow after hospital

old one off

http://s497.photobucket.com/albums/rr331/bossgbr/th_P1000280.jpg

new one on i have a set of springs to drop it down a tad and suzi has picked out some 5 spoke wheels after that a milltek and pos a remap but before that i have to find out why the abs light is on ihave changed the sensor which the obd said was at fault but still the same so i recon that i have a break in the wiring or the abs pump is at fault
as i am in manchester sat i will grab a pump of off the shelf and bring home with me just in case i have to pick up some small parts for Terry so if anybody wants anything (small that is ) let me know and i will fetch and carry for you :biggrindance:

If you happen to stumble accross a JCW brake kit or a teflon SC off a 06 MCS then fling it in the back.... ;)

Am loving the car mate - have you thought of going with a blue / black colouring?? I think that looks great
