For a well kept clean car it was suprising how much crap came off when claying! I had to keep turning the clay as the surface would come off green! Even on the white roof.

For anyone who is interested this is the process i used:

1. Clayed - Meguiars Quick Clay
2. Polished - ClearKote Vanilla Moose
3. Glazed - ClearKote Red Moose Machine Glaze
4. Sealed - Poorboys EX Sealant
5. Waxed - Colinite Marque D'Elegance 915

Washed with the 2 bucket method as well!

Gavin - I bought everything from www.detailedobsession.co.uk (http://www.detailedobsession.co.uk)

The clay cost roughly £12. The polishes, glazes and sealant cost about £10 per bottle and the wax was £20.

The thing is you only need to use a tiny amount and the finish is extremely durable. I would expect this to last for about 3 months with correct maintainance (2 bucket wash method, no harsh acidic bug sprays etc).
