Praise: 1320 Autos

For anything new Mini go to 1320s!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot praise Tom and Paul enough! After getting there late (stupid amounts of traffic) and missing their unit i finally arrive at 10:50am!

We got the car backed onto the ramps and Tom set about wok straight away. He asked if i wanted to stay and watch or do something else, so being the nosey person i am i deicded to stay and chat.

Firstly, the speed in which Tom changed the belt over was fantastic. Secondly, i was very impressed with his attention to detail and total knowledge of the Mini.

I also wanted the engine checked over and crank pulley looked at for wear. Tom gave me a full explaination of the tests and investigated an issue further for me :) He also checked the crank pulley for movement and wear and advised what to get done.

I mentioned that my exhaust bracket had broken and wondered if there was something he could do. After lots of niggly work he had the exhaust bracket swapped for a newer (non broken) item.

Their pricing is extremely competitive and their attidude open i will always reccomend people to visit.

No doubt i'll be back for many more things to get done!

Ive been to 1320 a few times in the last month and each time its a good place to take your car. Good honest, professional advice and workmanship. They also are great at forfilling their motto: its not how much you spend its how you spend it. By this I mean they are able to get the most for the money you spend and always advise you if its not worth changing a part if its not going to benefit your car.

Dont be put off if you cant get hold of them as they are very busy guys - and rightly so too, top work.

i Have never been there but they are fantastic to talk to over the phone and their sheer passion and expertise for the cars has convinced me to take my car there for any upgrade work! Tom is a landfill of information, nothing that man does not appear to know!
